Beyond grateful for the whole team at BBPT. I didn’t know a soul when I walked into that gym about 3 months ago, now I’m stoked to call it my second home. Get on it! First joined BB in 2017 to lose baby weight, I have also enjoyed mental health and general life benefits, improved concentration and wellbeing. Cardio as a necessity for training, very quickly turned in to a passion for regular running including ultramarathons, fueling and recovery strategies. Training with Sasha is the best part of my week, and he has been super flexible whether at the gym, outside or in my home over zoom.

Beyond Best has been a great way to get back into fitness after a long break. Zac has been very supportive and encouraging, and always modifies exercises so not to exacerbate my underlying injury. I’ve noticed the significant gains in strength I’ve made over the past few months and have enjoyed our zoom sessions during lockdown. I would definitely recommend beyond best if you’re looking for a welcoming and inclusive gym to motivate you leading up to summer.
