Beni Cook founded Beyond Best to create the gym he saw missing in Melbourne: a trusted home for people who want strength and support without the noise.
With over 26 years of experience, Beni is moving away from the industry standard of "shreds" and "transformation photos" to focus on what matters: longevity, movement quality, and mental wellbeing. His mission is to build a leadership team and a community that empowers you to take control of your health.
