At Beyond Best, we don’t believe in providing a one-size-fits-all exercise regime. We believe the basic foundations of general health and functional movement need to be addressed, if you’re going to maximise the gains associated with training.
Beyond Best is committed to taking a complete approach to your health. Our friendly and knowledgeable trainers will provide the information, advice and encouragement necessary to help you lead your healthiest lifestyle, not just during training, but all day every day.
So, how does it work? Step one is to get you on-site for an initial screening. We’ll identify your pain points and any underlying physical issues, make an assessment on how your body is functioning, and discuss your body transformation goals. A tailored health and exercise program will then be developed.
With Beyond Best personal training, you’ll enjoy ultimate attention-to-detail from an experienced, passionate and friendly personal trainer who will observe every single rep throughout a session.
We’ll discuss your diet, sleep and activity levels away from the gym, and provide advice around modifying these behaviours to maximise the benefits to your body and general health.
All sessions take place on-site at Goodlife Health Club in Fitzroy, with clients able to purchase a membership or pay-per-visit.
We pride ourselves on offering the best training experience, every time you exercise with us. We are so confident in our approach that if you’re not entirely satisfied with your workout you will not be charged for that session. In addition, your next workout will be absolutely free … and we’ll even throw in a $100 note for your troubles!
