INGREDIENTS LIST
2 large apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
2 large pears, peeled, cored, and sliced
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup almond meal
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
STEP BY STEP
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples and pears with cinnamon, nutmeg, and honey or maple syrup. Toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer the fruit mixture to a baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, almond meal, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the fruit.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is tender.
- Serve warm, optionally with a dollop of Greek yoghurt.
