Guilt Free Low-Fat White Chocolate Mousse

Satisfy your sweet tooth without derailing your healthy eating goals with this guilt-free Low-Fat White Chocolate Mousse recipe. Velvety smooth and decadently creamy, this luscious dessert is a delightful treat for any occasion.

  • 150g low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 100g low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 100g white chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup light whipped cream
  • Fresh berries, for garnish (optional)
  • 1 tsp lime zest, for garnish (optional)


  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the Greek yoghurt, melted white chocolate, powdered sweetener, and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined and smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the light whipped topping until incorporated.
  4. Divide the mousse mixture evenly among four serving glasses or bowls.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the mousse is set.
  6. Before serving, garnish with fresh berries and lime zest if desired.
