CHOCOLATE SAUCE INGREDIENTS
• ½ cup low fat Greek yoghurt
• 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
• 3 Tbsp. brown sugar (or honey if preferred)
• ½ tsp. vanilla extract
• ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
• Pinch of cayenne pepper/to taste (optional but definitely worth a try)
STEP BY STEP
1) Combine all chocolate sauce ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
2) Stir until it is an even dark colour and all of the brown sugar granules have dissolved, about 3 minutes.
Serve by dipping your choice of fresh fruits such as berries, banana, kiwifruit, melons and even a marshmallow or two if you’re going all out.
