Spicy Dark Chocolate Yoghurt Dip

Only 6 ingredients are needed to make this simple, healthy and delicious Spicy Chocolate Yoghurt Dip. Perfect for curbing your sweet cravings or for serving to guests. Ready in minutes and can also be made ahead of time.



69 Cal | 2.2g Fats | 10g Carbs | 3.8g Protein



• ½ cup low fat Greek yoghurt
• 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
• 3 Tbsp. brown sugar (or honey if preferred)
• ½ tsp. vanilla extract
• ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
• Pinch of cayenne pepper/to taste (optional but definitely worth a try)



1) Combine all chocolate sauce ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.

2) Stir until it is an even dark colour and all of the brown sugar granules have dissolved, about 3 minutes.

Serve by dipping your choice of fresh fruits such as berries, banana, kiwifruit, melons and even a marshmallow or two if you’re going all out.
