Greek Yoghurt Tart

Indulge in a guilt-free delight with our Greek yoghurt tart featuring a crunchy granola crust and a vibrant topping of sliced bananas, strawberries, and blueberries. With its high protein content and low-calorie profile, this tart is a deliciously nutritious treat for any occasion.

 

NUTRITIONAL INFO PER SERVE (4 serves)

 250Cal | 11g Fats | 26g Carbs | 12g Protein

 

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ cups granola
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1 ½ cups Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 banana, sliced
½ cup strawberries, sliced
½ cup blueberries

 

STEP BY STEP
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pulse the granola in a food processor until roughly chopped.
  3. Mix the  granola with melted coconut oil until it resembles clumpy sand.
  4. Press the granola mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan.
  5. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then leave in the tart pan and let it cool completely.
  6. In a bowl, whisk together Greek yoghurt and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth.
  7. Spread the yoghurt mixture evenly over the cooled granola crust.
  8. Arrange the sliced banana, strawberries, and blueberries on top of the yogurt.
  9. Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
